What Makes for a Perfect Placement ???

Welcome to Blackberry Inked!! This blog was generated in order to give a more unique style of discussion into the beautiful world of tattoos and piercings. Here; you can actually be a part of the many diverse topics on this trending subject... All the while; still paying homage to the "inked" individual!!! SO sit back, release the inhibitions and let's dive in!!!

Perfect Placement:
As you all may be aware, I only have 9 tattoos. I definitely gave much thought and consideration before placing anything permanent on my body. One would think that is the easiest decision to make for this process but ummm… think again. Where you lay your permanent art should showcase there was a concept, an ideal or at least a visualization towards the outcome. At times your artist may provide a suggestion; this does not mean one is always so eager to take it. I have met people whose first tattoo is placed on their forearms and after that (I am talking years) there was still the 1 lonely tattoo on their forearm. Where they scared to get another? Did they not enjoy their experience? Or is it the one and done move? All valid but I guarantee you they had not moved forward yet because that piece -  was placed in sleeve territory!! One small or medium sized tattoo on a forearm with no background or any other ink around it comes off looking rather... well … cut and paste. That is until you add more ink to surround the area. Ahh-ha!!

I have seen people with only 1 tattoo and trust; it can look great depending on the placement! You honestly do not have to be covered in ink. But my comrades; you must be careful in your placement decisions unless you want to pay the price of balancing the look or getting a cover up ($$$)

Common Placement Areas:

If you would like to be inked on a spot where you can be more in

control of who sees and also where the tattoo does not have to be so grand...

Here are a few ideas of placement for both men and women

- Wrist

-Foot / Ankle

- Inner Bicep

- Behind Ear

-Shoulder Blade

These are great areas if you are looking for an initial spot.

Script.. a little heart... zodiac symbols...stars...music notes... an

emoji : ) #Whatever!! Something small that symbolizes and is true to YOU would

be the way to go if you are somewhat apprehensive but really want to move

forward with the process. (p.s.) be careful with the foot... That is one

area that can give you some shock!! Lol... I'll get into that on another

day and topic.

NEED TO KNOW POINTS:

§ IF PLANNING ON GETTING ONE TATTOO – CHOOSE A WISE PLACEMENT

§ THE SPOTS WITHIN THE PARAGRAPH ARE GREAT FOR HAVING ONLY 1 ART PIECE

§ YOU CAN ALSO ADD ONTO THESE AREAS IF YOU SO CHOOSE TO LATER

§ THESE AREAS CAN BE EASILY COVERED ( WATCHES/ BRACELETS, HAIR, CLOTHING….ETC)
